Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not automatically granted. However, we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Project Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the project before any work has started, a full refund may be granted.

  • Project Cancellation by Agency: If we are unable to complete the project due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Work Already Completed: If substantial progress has been made and the work meets the agreed specifications.

  • Change of Mind: If the client decides not to continue the project after work has started but no contractual breach has occurred.

  • Delayed Feedback or Lack of Communication: If delays are caused by the client’s lack of response or delayed feedback.

  • Third-Party Issues: If problems arise due to third-party tools, platforms, or services beyond our control.

4. Refund Process

  • Clients must submit a refund request in writing to patrick@welovecoders.com

  • Requests must include a clear reason for the refund along with any relevant documentation.

  • We will review the request within 10 business days and provide a resolution.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a refund request is disputed, both parties will attempt to reach a fair resolution. If necessary, mediation or arbitration may be pursued.
